Adzom Gyalse Rinpoche at White Jewel Mountain

A Week of Teaching, Practice & Celebration

White Jewel Mountain, Crestone CO · In Person & Zoom

For seven extraordinary days this October, White Jewel Mountain welcomes the return of our Spiritual Guide, Adzom Gyalse Rinpoche, for teachings, sacred ceremony, intensive Vajrayana practice, and celebration.

The week moves naturally through the path: from the cultivation of bodhicitta, to the consecration of sacred form, to the fierce wisdom activity of Guru Rinpoche. Come for one part of the program, one day, or immerse yourself in the entire seven-day gathering. The Secret Pith Instructions require separate registration.

Heart Teachings on The Thirty-Seven Practices of Bodhisattvas

Written by the fourteenth-century master Gyalsé Ngulchu Tokmé Zangpo, The Thirty-Seven Practices of Bodhisattvas (Gyalse Laglen) distills the bodhisattva path into thirty-seven concise verses of compassion, wisdom, and awakening.

Adzom Gyalse Rinpoche will illuminate this classic lojong text through the Heart-Essence view of Atiyoga, revealing relative and ultimate bodhicitta as inseparable, and the bodhisattva path as the natural expression of intrinsic awareness.

These teachings are open to everyone. No previous Buddhist study or practice is required. Bring family and friends. Come as you are.

October 18

Stupa Consecration & Community Celebration

A Stupa is an architectural representation of the Buddha’s enlightened mind, and from the perspective of our Dzogchen lineage it is the manifestation of primordial awareness itself — a living mirror of our own inherently perfect, luminous nature. Wherever a Stupa arises it transforms the surrounding land into a powerful field of peace, radiating blessings and healing, purifying negativity and protecting against suffering.

In the morning Adzom Gyalse Rinpoche will lead a profound consecration ritual. The afternoon will unfold in the spirit in which the stupa was created: joy and celebration — a sponsored lunch, cham dances, music, offerings, performances, stories, laughter, and community, honoring Noah Abrams, whose vision and inspiration brought the stupa into being.

All are welcome. Lunch included.

October 19–21

Dorje Drolö Drubchö

The week culminates in three days of intensive Vajrayana practice. Drubchö means “great accomplishment.” Dorje Drolö is the wrathful manifestation of Guru Rinpoche, whose fierce wisdom subdues obstacles and transforms obstructing forces into liberation.

Rinpoche leads this rare drubchö in the living Adzom lineage, using a practice manual that is itself a terma revealed by Adzom Drukpa. Three days of mantra, visualization, offering and ritual invoke and embody Dorje Drolö’s fiercely loving presence for the healing and protection of all sentient beings.
